A 23-year-old mother and her boyfriend, 32, have been arrested in connection with the murder of the woman's three-year-old son in the Eastern Cape. Two men have been arrested in Primrose after Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department (EMPD) officers, working with SAPS crime intelligence, uncovered a stash of dagga and cannabis-infused products valued at about R30 000.
