Huawei Surpasses Apple to Grab Number Two Spot Huawei, the chinese global smartphone giant, overtook Apple in the second quarter of 2018, to become the number two smartphone vendor globally for the first time ever. According to International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide, Huawei captured 15.8 percent market, ahead of Apple at 12.1 percent. The entry of Huawei in the second position marks a turning point for the smartphone industry as it delivered shipments of 54.2 million units with a record high market share of 15.8 percent. Huawei has recorded 41% year-on-year growth leaping ahead of the other two brands globally during the same period last year. The Camera Food photography can be done using any type of camera as long as it offers control over shutter speeds and apertures. Xiaomi today announced that it has retained its market leadership in the India, continuing to occupy the number one smartphone vendor position in Q2 2018, as per IDC’s latest Quarterly Smartphone Tracker. With a market share of 29.7 percent, approximately one out of three smartphones sold in India were Xiaomi devices in this quarter. Cosina has announced that it will launch a new interchangeable lens in the Voigtlander line, the Nokton 50 mm f/1.2 Aspherical VM in September at suggested price of 135,000 yen. 1. Check your camera manual for compatibility of cards. The manual gives the best performance (maximum FPS supported) when shooting bursts (of still photographs) and the memory card that was used for attaining that speed. So, if you want to get the best out of your camera, use a card that is as fast or faster. 2. If the form factor is same, many of your older cards can be used with the newer cameras though you may be limited by the former’s performance.
