One of my first big commissions was a red squirrel, and it’s been an ambition to design one for others to stitch. Their vibrant fur and playful energy make them a joy to recreate. Living in the Lincolnshire countryside, I’m lucky to see hares bounding through the fields. For this piece, I’ve added wheat grasses and a border of stars and a moon, giving it a more graphic, spiritual feel.
