Gallery Go is a lightweight image viewer developed by Google to run on Android Go and other low-end devices. It has basic editing functions to filter, rotate, crop or auto-enhance images although there should be tempered expectations from the latter. The major talk point is its ability to organise photos at night as it sorts them based on whether they are People, Selfies, Nature, Animals, Documents, Videos and Movies. It can read directly from the SD card allowing users to view, copy and transfer from them without issues. Recently, a Dark Theme was introduced that turns the background to gray, inverts the text colour to black and makes the bottom bar transparent.
