Use a mortar and pestle or food processor to grind 40g ( 1/4 cup) roasted peanuts until they resemble fine crumbs. Heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 1/2 tbs Thai red curry paste and cook for 30 seconds or until just aromatic. sourdough STARTER The most important ingredient when making sourdough is the starter. It’s a fresh yeast – the key ingredients are flour and water. After mixing the starter ingredients, they are left exposed to the air so wild yeast from the environment can help it grow – called a ‘live’ starter.
