Matt Q What are the best cuts to slow cook then reheat the next day? I love pork shoulder. I’ll make the shoulder for dinner and use the leftovers tossed with the juices and grilled for the wraps. Beef brisket, pot-roasted real slow, is also good, but I find beef cheek too fibrous to have cold unless you serve it sparsely with bright flavours – say in a taco or tortilla with avocado, lettuce, lime juice and a little chilli heat.
