I SWEAR TO BE A GOOD DOGGY Queensland courts have a furry new recruit. Brisbane Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court welcomed Court Dog Leo in October. The two-year-old yellow lab and his handler were trained by Guide Dogs Australia. At a ceremony, Leo ‘signed’ his oath with his paw print to become part of the National Court Dog Program. Leo – like the five other court dogs in other states – will help people attending court feel less stressed and more relaxed.
