Christmas is one of mine and John’s favourite times of the year. Q Is there a time limit for being on HRT? My GP said it’s just delaying the natural process of menopause and my meno symptoms will be worse when I do stop taking it. Is this true? I WAS IN SURVIVAL MODE, feeling vulnerable and helpless. Barely able to walk, the excruciating back pain was getting worse. I couldn’t even sit down.
