I have been fascinated by the power of food to heal for as long as I can remember. It started with an interest in biology at school, I suppose, and then I got really interested in endocrinology, which is the study of hormones. WHILE MOST PEOPLE recognise rosacea from flushing, sensitivity and visible broken capillaries across the cheeks and nose, far fewer realise that it can quietly inflame the eyes as well. Walk to cut heartrisk Walking for 10-15 minutes significantly lowers cardiovascular disease risk by up to two-thirds, compared to shorter strolls. The University of Sydney scientists tracked 33,560 adults between the ages of 40 and 79.
