BEEF AND BEER PIE Ingredients 400g shin meat 3T canola oil 1 onion finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 3T flour 2 tsp crushed black pepper 4 cups beef stock 2 cups lager beer 6 sheets phyllo pastry ½ cup butter, melted Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large saucepan, heat oil and brown meat on all sides. Add onion and garlic, and stir fry for 3 minutes.
