CHILLI FISH BALLS

Ingredients
300 g hake fillets Bunch coriander, chopped 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 cm ginger, crushed 1 small onion, finely grated 2 fresh chillies, finely chopped 1 potato, boiled and mashed 2 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup flour Salt and black pepper METHOD
1. In a blender, mix hake, coriander, garlic, ginger, onion chillies and mashed potato. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add one egg and mix well. Using a spoon, scoop mixture into palm of your hands, roll into ball shapes. Place on a tray and set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
