TANDOORI STUFFED CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 large whole chicken 1 cup chicken gizzards, finely chopped 1 cup Spekko Saman White Rice, cooked 6 T paprika 2 T Cayenne pepper 2 T coriander 2 T cumin 2 T ginger 2 T turmeric 3 garlic cloves, crushed 3 T sunflower oil 1 onion, finely chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped 1 cup plain yoghurt 2 T olive oil Salt, for seasoning Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix paprika, cayenne, coriander, cumin, ginger, turmeric and garlic in a bowl, and set aside.
