ROAST ROSEMARY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes Serves: 4 INGREDIENTS 800 g chicken thighs and drumsticks Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp olive oil 5 sprigs rosemary 250 g button mushrooms 1 cup chicken stock Fresh rosemary to garnish METHOD Preheat the oven to 230 °C and season the chicken.
