Can you tell us about how your collab with Luv Lou came about? It came about so organically. I had been a huge fan of the brand for years and had been wearing their sunglasses while I was living in LA. Poor Tacos with Potato Peelings SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS Corn oil, for shallow-frying peelings from 1kg cleaned, raw potatoes 1 large white onion, halved and thinly sliced 2-3 serrano chillies, cut into thin strips Sea salt 8-12 corn or wheat tortillas Chilli sauce or salsa of your choice, to serve METHOD 1 Heat enough oil for shallow-frying in a frying pan or skillet and saute the potato peelings. Julia Hollander’s daughter, Immie, who was born with severe cerebral palsy, wasn’t able to walk or talk.
