Twenty seven years after Tupac Shakur was shot dead in Las Vegas, a man has finally been arrested. Duane‘Keffe D’Davis was handcuffed by police on September 29, with prosecutors saying he ordered and planned the killing, which unfolded six months before the rapper’s rival, Chris ‘Biggie Smalls’ Wallace, was assassinated in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles.
