KETAMINE QUEEN Prosecutors allege that the so-called “Ketamine Queen of Los Angeles”, Jasveen Sangha, 41, is “blithely indifferent to the fact that her ketamine” has killed people, including Perry. She has pleaded not guilty, facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison and a statutory maximum sentence of life imprisonment if convicted of all charges.
