‘Street clubs’ is perhaps the most innovative element of Chance to Shine. They engage thousands of young people in under-served areas with weekly sessions that typically run all year round. The sessions are completely free. Players don’t need to bring any equipment, and they can wear what they like. The sessions tend to take place in sports halls, youth clubs, parks, even places of worship. Most clubs are open to all genders, though some are female-specific.
