Friendly fire
France face the perennial problem of tournament hosts: they have played only friendly matches since their 2014 World Cup quarter-finals defeat by Germany. However, coach Didier Deschamps insists that will not be a problem as, in the past 18 months, his side have played Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Brazil, England, Germany and Holland in friendlies.
Big-money movers
