Interior designers Mary Knape and Kelly Zibell of Denver firm Knape & Zibell had a head start when they began dreaming up this al fresco living area. The Belcaro garden had been manicured to a tee by the property’s original owners, who, after building their home in 1947, planted saplings and seeds acquired from the Denver Botanic Gardens.
