This book, providing answers to every conceivable question concerning the history of automotive design, is a spin-off of a major exhibition held at the MART Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto from December 2, 2006 to May 1, 2007. With over 550 pages of text and photographs, the book deals with each era in the history of motorised mobility, starting with Cugnot’s steam wagon of 1769.
