DEAR BSH, I’m in my mid 60s, and I’ve been riding bikes since I was 16. I’ve loved all versions of the mag, so thanks. I’ve never been interested in MAG membership, and the article by Neil F. Liversidge in last month’s issue was exactly the reason why. What a pile of old tosh! This XS650 may look familiar to long-term readers of the magazine because it was given away in issues 31 and 32, back in 1988. Both Mikey and Jamie-Lee, husband and wife, are both resident artists at the respected Rising Phoenix Tattoo studio in Leighton Buzzard in Beds, and they’ve been part of the chopper scene for a while now. This year’s Stafford Show, formally known as the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at the Staffordshire County Showground, will differ from previous years due to the presence of… well, us lot really.
