A: Okay, so this is the Australian issue right? And what’s more Australian than a Bunnings sausage sandwich?
C: But that’s not very delicious., is it? What about a sausage banh mi?
A: Love it. So, pork sausage?
C: Yes pork, split in half. And instead of the Bunnings onions, we’d do a quick red onion pickle. Then we’ve got pâté, we’ve got coriander, cucumber and lettuce.
A: And how about some beetroot?
C: Yeah, what I’d do is pickle the beetroot with the red onion and some lime.
