Yet some tools stand the test of time, trundled out year after year, virtually unchanged since their inception, and with any suggestion of ‘improvement’ likely met with cries of desecration. Take, for example, the AC30, Vox’s venerated combo amp, which has remained unapologetically consistent since release.
