BETWEEN Friday, August 16 and Sunday, August 18, Midland Pullman is offering travel to the Highlands of Scotland with the three-day ‘West Highland Pullman.’
Starting from Romford, the luxury High Speed Train set in the familiar blue and white livery of the 1960s Midland Pullman is scheduled to pickup additional passengers at Shenfield, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, March and Peterborough before heading north towards Scotland.
Once over the border, the train is planned to head through the Scottish Lowlands to Glasgow and along the banks of the River Clyde to pick up the West Highland Line.
Heading for Fort William, the train will pass Loch Long and Loch Lomond, and then cross Rannoch Moor to arrive in Fort William for the evening and overnight stay.
