A JUMPIN‘ QUARTER Dear Don: I have a Continental engine in my little quarter midget. It vibrated so badly when I got it that I took it over and had the thing balanced. It runs a lot better now and will turn up about 2000 rpm more than it used to—but it still shakes. I’ve been told it was probably balanced at the wrong rpm. that the “wrong percentage” was used. It seems to me that if it were properly balanced there would be no vibration at all. Could you clear this up.
