SPECIALIZED TRAIL THERMAL

SO GOOD… The padding-free palm is comfy, with no hot-spots, and gives a ‘connected’ feel with the bike. It also contributes to a general lack of bulk, which makes it easy to use the controls (shifter, brake levers, dropper remote). Grip is good, too. The slim, adjustable cuff slips under jacket sleeves. Even with sweaty hands, these gloves are easy to pull on and remove, thanks to the liner staying in place. They’re light, too.
NO GOOD… No waterproofing. Light insulation and some cold air penetration make them better suited to warmer (6-10°) rides. The baggy fit may not suit all, either.
