Investor collapse leads to changes at three dealerships
White Arches, Robinsons and Golden Castle dealerships are all under new ownership, after the collapse of the investment company behind all three.
The three firms, all selling caravans and motorhomes, were briefly put into administration in mid-March following the collapse into administration of MBH Corporation, a major shareholder in each company.
Gloucestershire-based Golden Castle was immediately bought by one of its directors, Alex Pennington, with all staff transferring.
The Worksop branch of Robinsons was shortly afterwards acquired by the firm that owns Couplands Caravans, with all staff transferring.
Not long after, White Arches, in Northamptonshire, including its ’van dealership in Wellingborough, was acquired by Spinney, based in Cheshire, Staffordshire and North Wales.
