1½ c chopped fruit for puree + ½ c for molds
1 c coconut water
2 Tbsp agave, honey, maple syrup, or sugar
1½ tsp fresh herbs for puree + sprigs for molds
in blender, puree fruit, coconut water, sweetener, and herbs. divide remaining fruit and herb sprigs among 6 pop molds. top with pureed mixture and freeze until solid, 4 hours. Unmold and serve.
