TOFU “CHORIZO” AVO TOASTS

2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp doubleconcentrated tomato paste1 Tbsp fresh lime juice, plus lime wedges for serving2 tsp cornstarch1 tsp chili powder1 tsp paprika Kosher salt1 14-oz pkg. extra-firm tofu, blotted dry with paper towels1 avocado4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted5 mixed-color radishes, very thinly sliced Flaky sea salt, for serving
1. Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, whisk together oil, tomato paste, lime juice, cornstarch, chili powder, paprika, and ½tsp salt. Add tofu, crumbling into small pieces, and toss to coat. Transfer tofu to rimmed baking sheet and roast, scraping pan and tossing halfway through, until browned and very crisp, 25 to 30 min.
