Snow-Cream Milk Shake MAKES 2 (8-OUNCE) DRINKS 1½ cups vanilla-flavored ice cream ½ cup whole milk 3 ounces cream cheese, softened ½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped and reserved Garnish: sweetened whipped cream 1.
