Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) are great for images; Large Language Models (LLMs) are great for handling text, and Reinforcement Learning (RL) models are great for environmental interaction, such as teaching a robot to walk. Typically, when using AI in a project you will use a model that has been pretrained by somebody else. A language model developed by OpenAI or an image classifier developed by Sony, for example.
