1 WALNUT AND CHEESE PASTA (p. 6)
Nowadays you can buy the most delicious filled pastas in the supermarket. With minimal effort you can prepare a sauce that complements ready-made pasta for a feast that tastes authentic.

>> 100 g walnuts>> 1 handful of fresh Italian parsley>> 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped>> 50 g Parmesan, grated, plus extra to serve>> 150 ml olive oil>> salt and freshly ground black pepper>> 250 g packet cheese-filled ravioli>> 50 g (60 ml) butter>> 1 handful of fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
