Not content with dominating the sports watch market, Garmin have just released another batch of Forerunners for the 2019 race season. The range includes a Forerunner 45, 45S, 245, 245 Music, and the top-end Forerunner 945, seen here.
A sequel to the 935, the 945 holds up to 1,000 songs and allows athletes to sync playlists from streaming services (including Spotify) or transfer music from a computer. It has a Garmin Pay contactless function and colour maps for the bike and run. Performance tools include a new training load focus, which files an athlete’s recent training history into different categories based on activity structure and intensity.
