This fragrant dish is basically meatballs on skewers. I like to serve it with hummus or a herby yoghurt.

♦ 400 g beef mince♦ 20 ml ground coriander♦ 10 ml ground cumin♦ 1 fresh chilli, chopped♦ 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped♦ 1 egg♦ salt and freshly ground black pepper♦ 6 kebab skewers, soaked in water for♦ 30 minutes♦ 30 ml olive oil♦ tzatziki, to serve
Preheat air-fryer on air-fry function to 180°C. Mix mince, ground coriander, cumin, chilli, fresh coriander and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Using your hands, shape a mince ball around the sharp end of each skewer, pressing firmly so the meat stays put. Place koftas in air-fryer basket and drizzle olive oil over. Air-fry for 10-12…
