The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is considering changing its guidelines for self-isolation to make it easier for those who have been exposed to someone with the coronavirus to return to work if they are without symptoms. University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics reported that it has successfully treated dozens of COVID-19 patients through a program that allows them to stay in their homes while they recover.
