Often cited as the most memorable duty for any National President is chairing the jury for the National Architecture Awards, the premier Australian architecture awards program. It is an honour, a great privilege, a far greater responsibility, and a wonderful opportunity to experience the year’s most outstanding architecture. These awards attest to our profession’s inventiveness, imagination, pulchritude and multiplicity. Spaces and places imbued with greater beauty, amenity and humanity perspicuously improve our cities, towns and rural landscapes.
