4 tbsp olive oil2 shallots, diced120g uncooked chorizo sausage, sliced6 large tomatoes, chopped350g rigatoni200g large prawns, shells and tailsremoved if necessary, chopped2 large spring onion, thinly sliced, keepthe whites and greens separate
