Açaí bowl

Put 2 tsp açaí powder, a handful of frozen berries, ½ ripe chopped banana and a handful of ice cubes in a blender with 100ml water, and blitz until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings. We used 1 tsp coconut flakes, 5 pineapple chunks, the flesh of ½ passion fruit and 1 tbsp toasted oats.
