TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson has described herself as an alcoholic and revealed she's been sober for over a year after telling a friend, ‘I can't do this any more.’
Opening up about her decision to quit drinking, Ulrika, 57, said that it ‘was a hangover day, much like any other’ but that ‘something made me reach out for help’. She described herself as a ‘binge drinker who drank to black out’, and detailed how she would drink neat rum at 11am.
