Four suspects have appeared in court for aiding an illegal foreign national to enter South Africa.
Pedro Lewis, 46, Tobi Oyesile, 36, Stanley Mukhari, 39, and Kenny Mahlangu, 40, appeared in the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court on Friday for an alleged violation of the Republic of South Africa Immigration Act.
According to the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks), they were arrested early on Thursday at OR Tambo International Airport after the Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Unit was prompted to investigate intelligence gathered by the SA State Security Agency.
