In the film, which was Willis’s final movie, the local actress stars as Alexa, a woman on a mission to uncover the truth behind her lover’s mysterious demise.
In a recent interview, Mbatha said that portraying this type of character allowed her to navigate complex emotions, which included profound grief and hope.
