This week, National Clean-up and Recycle SA Week, Polyco’s Packa-Ching programme has announced significant achievements such as R37 million paid to communities and 31 million kg of waste diverted from landfills.
This initiative, supported by Sasol and Shoprite, tackles plastic pollution and poverty through 47 mobile buy-back centres.
National Clean-up and Recycle SA Week promotes responsible recycling, and culminates in National Recycling Day, Friday, and World Clean-Up Day on Saturday.
