Contemporary artist and humanitarian, Stuart Robertson was born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1969. In creating his art, he melds photography, film, digital media, symbolism, hand-blown glass and neon with his background in design and fabrication. Paris-based Robin Hammond’s eyes have seen things you could not imagine. With an interest in human rights and developing issues in our world, the photojournalist has had the opportunity to document and share the stories of those who are voiceless. With bodies of work exploring topics like attitudes to mental health in Africa, his efforts have awarded him with a World Press Photo prize and four Amnesty International awards for Human Rights journalism. The German-made camera features a 24-megapixel full-frame sensor and a 2.95” back panel display with customisable buttons as well as touchscreen menu navigation. Equipped with 2GB buffer memory, together with Leica’s high-performance Maestro II series processor, the camera can shoot 11 frames per second at full resolution. 4K video is available with a frame rate of 30 frames per second.
