If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me how to stay fit while traveling, I would have thousands of dollars by now! Still, no matter how often I hear that question, it’s valid and really, I’m pumped to hear that they want to travel healthy. In light of that, I usually respond with three questions of my own: Where are you going, how are you getting there, and where are you staying? These questions affect how successfully a person will incorporate fitness and meal planning into their travel.
