WEATHER WARNING

Lying back on the grass, the sun warming my face, I beamed as I watched my kids up on the stage dancing wildly to Rob Da Bank’s DJ set. The music was great, my children were happy, and all felt right with the world.
‘I think we should go home tonight,’ my husband Ian announced out of the blue.
I stared at him. ‘What?’ I laughed.
‘The weather forecast is really bad,’ he said, showing me the weather app on his phone.
‘It’s just a bit of rain and wind,’ I scoffed. Regulars at Camp Bestival, when we’d attended the previous year, it had absolutely hammered it down with rain.
We’d put on our wellies and anoraks and had a great time dancing…
