There’s a secret place. A place where nature is in abundance. A place where life is just more, well, simple. Located in deepest Devon, tucked off a country lane, down a stony track, through ancient woodland, you’ll find the heavenly Dittisham Hideaway, a collection of treehouses, five luxury shepherd’s lodges and an original American Airstream 1234.
Our home for the weekend was in one of the Hideaway’s five luxury shepherd’s lodges, small, but absolutely perfectly formed, with the space maximised to ensure a luxurious stay. A wooden king-sized bed, dressed in crisp, Egyptian cotton linens is perfectly positioned, enabling views from the hut’s window across the valley when you wake.
