MINI CARROT RAISIN LOAVES
Makes 3 (5x3-inch) loaves
1¾ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ½ teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 cup shredded carrot ½ cup golden raisins ½ cup chopped walnuts ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon whole milk, divided ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup confectioners’ sugar 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 1.
