Grouper Ceviche
You’ll want to stir together this crunchy, tangy, refreshing dish every chance you get.

½ cup chili sauce½ cup fresh lime juice¼ cup tomato cocktail*1 tablespoon Creole seasoning1 tablespoon hot sauce1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons kosher salt1 pound diced grouper (or other white fish)1 cup diced cucumber1 cup quartered assorted grape tomatoes1 cup diced avocado½ cup diced red onion¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced1 Fresno chile pepper, seeded and thinly slicedTortilla chips and plantain chips, to serveGarnish: lime slices
