6 cups cooked multigrain or whole wheat rotini or penne pasta
11/2 cups diced cucumber
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
2 ounces feta cheese, finely crumbled
12 medium pitted black olives, sliced into thirds
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/ 8 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
