A Star Wars auction held by Vectis Auctions on the 21st of October has achieved a total of £212,730 (Inclusive of Buyers Premiums), making the highest figure ever realised for a single day StarWars auction in the company’s history, and confirming continued strong demand for memorabilia from the iconic film franchise.
The auction drew over 800 worldwide registered buyers and featured 609 lots of vintage Star Wars items, including unpunched carded figures, graded loose and carded figures, loose and boxed vehicles, creatures and playsets, plus detail drawings, blueprints, paperwork and posters from Palitoy, Hasbro, Kenner, Lili Ledy, Sideshow, Gentle Giant, Disney and others.
